Our first experience in a furniture store! Everything was set up very well and it was easy to find pricing/options on all the furniture! Plus there were employees checking in throughout the entire shopping experience. Our main mission was to purchase a new mattress, which we did! DUSTIN HILL is an outstanding salesperson. We planned on just sitting on each mattress to find one we liked but he showed us around instead and we’re glad he did! Explaining each bed material and what they all meant. Having us try different plushness/brands, and pointed us in the right direction to find the one that made the most sense for us budget and comfort wise!

We had a great experience at Big Sandy Superstore and were impressed by the quality and selection of the furniture in the store. We had positive experiences with Clay who help guide us through the process of purchasing a new chair. Ended up purchasing a beautiful swivel glider that also reclines. The materials and cushion are great quality. I will note the delivery was worth it; the two men were professional, polite, efficient, quick and considerate. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the first time my husband and I had shopped at Big Sandy’s (named after the Big Sandy River in Kentucky). We absolutely loved it! Our salesman, Mark, was great to work with, as he had experience and knowledge of the products. He was respectful and, most of all, fun to work with!

I am hard to please but the entire process was above and beyond. We bought 6 appliances from the Centerville location and it was 100% because of the sales person on the floor. Daniel M was super professional, explained the differences in the different packages we were considering and made adjustments based on our feedback. He set the expectations for possible delivery (and came in early), he communicated along the way even up to the day before delivery. The delivery team was fantastic. They were young but completely capable and knowledgeable about the appliances, set up etc. They were respectful to me and my home while delivery took place... They even thanked me afterwards which never happens anymore. I will be going back to buy more furniture for our new home.
