With the Bedgear 10-year warranty, if the protector is purchased on the same invoice as the mattress, the 10-year warranty extends to the mattress as well. If the protector has a defect that causes staining or damage to the mattress we will clean or replace the mattress.

Bedgear protectors guard against stains (food, drink, human bodily fluids) and give you peace of mind. Additionally, qualifying mattresses over $1499 with a protector purchase will qualify for a 120-day comfort guarantee to make sure you’ve made the right choice with the purchase of a protector.
FILE A CLAIM
To file a claim for a mattress stain with Big Sandy due to a defective protector:
- Report the stain within 72 hours
- We will send out a professional cleaning service to clean the stain.
- If that doesn’t remove the stain or if there is damage caused by the stain, we will replace the mattress.
The 10-year protector warranty begins on the date of delivery. The warranty covers any materials or workmanship if the protector was used and maintained properly and as it was intended. We will replace defective protectors up to a maximum of four (must be deemed defective by our service team). Claims need to be made within 3 days of damage and a work order put in with your local store.

Not satisfied? We'll exchange it once within 120 nights for a new mattress of equal or greater value. $99 re-delivery fee applies to exchanges.
Exclusions: Eligible on select models. Special orders, Twin XL, California King, pillows, sheets, protectors, power bases (exceptions include Tempur-pedic and select Sealy mattresses).
Restocking fee: $300 for mattress returns.

The Power Base Protection Plan will protect your adjustable mattress base electrical components against mechanical and electrical breakdowns. This includes lightning and electrical surge and the labor to repair or replace the power base lifting and lowering mechanism.
No Lemon Guarantee
If your new adjustable base requires a fourth qualified repair for the same part of defect in a one year period, then the warranty can be turned in for a new unit!
